1. Acceptance of Terms & Store Overview
This website is operated by Kajal Beauty, the official digital storefront of New Fashion World (Cosmetics, Jewellery, Bangles & Gift Corner). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Kajal Beauty and New Fashion World.
By visiting our site, placing orders via WhatsApp, or purchasing products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").
2. Product Authenticity, Swatches & Packaging
We guarantee that 100% of the cosmetics, skincare products, fragrances, and bangles displayed on our site are authentic and sourced directly from certified brand distributors.
While we make every effort to display cosmetics shades (lipsticks, foundations, eyeliners) accurately, actual product colors may vary slightly depending on monitor display settings, skin tone lighting, or photographic conditions.
Cosmetics brands periodically update outer product packaging and box design. You will always receive the original, genuine product from the newest brand batch.
3. Pricing & Inventory Policy
Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice. All prices listed on our digital catalog are inclusive of applicable local taxes.
- ✓ Stock Allocation: As we operate both a high-footfall physical retail store and an online catalog, items are allocated on a first-confirmed basis upon chat confirmation.
- ✓ Price Confirmation: The final order invoice shared with you on WhatsApp prior to payment is binding and non-variable.
4. Custom Gift Hamper Creation Agreement
Custom gift hampers are handcrafted individually according to your selected combination of cosmetics, fragrances, candles, and accessories.
🎀 Hamper Finalization Terms:
- Our team will share actual photos/videos of the prepared gift hamper on WhatsApp before final ribbon wrapping and dispatch.
- Once a custom hamper is hand-assembled, wrapped in gold/blush ribbons, and dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
5. WhatsApp Order Processing & Payments
All direct inquiries and catalogue orders initiated via our WhatsApp buttons connect to our store team. Payments are accepted via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Cash on Delivery (where applicable for local delivery).
Orders are confirmed only after payment receipt or explicit Cash on Delivery approval by our staff.
6. Shipping & Doorstep Delivery Terms
We ship items safely packaged with protective bubble wrap to ensure cosmetics and glass bottles arrive intact.
- ✓ Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on delivery location and courier partner schedules.
- ✓ Tracking Information: Tracking consignment numbers will be shared on WhatsApp upon courier dispatch.
7. Returns, Replacements & Unboxing Policy
Due to strict hygiene safety standards for personal care products, opened or tested cosmetics, lipsticks, and personal items cannot be returned or refunded.
📹 Free Replacement Guarantee (Damaged / Wrong Items)
If your order arrives damaged or an incorrect item was shipped, we provide a 100% Free Replacement. To claim a replacement:
- Notify our team within 48 hours of package delivery.
- Provide an unedited Package Unboxing Video showing the unopened parcel seal being opened and the damaged item.
